Engineering and QA/QC Solutions

Flare reduction and decarbonization

Metis Energy’s patented GPL Max system is a cutting-edge solution designed to condition high-BTU associated field gas. Using high-pressure separation technology, it efficiently removes over 80% of C3+ constituents, ensuring the gas is transformed into a clean, dry, and consistent fuel ideal for electricity generation and compressed natural gas (CNG).

Available in 3 MMCFD capacities, these units can operate in parallel for well pads for up to 15+ MMCFD of associated gas. Unlike other older technology MRU and JT units, GPL Max offers superior performance and reliability, with remote monitoring capabilities.

Designed to process high-BTU associated gas (1350 to 2000 BTU), GPL Max units help reduce emissions by over 87%, making them an environmentally responsible choice.
